Service Agreement

This Service Agreement governs the collaboration between Beijing Haoyichuang Technology Co., Ltd. ("Service Provider") and clients ("Client") for mobile application and mobile game related services.
1. Service Scope
- Project Co-Operation services.
- Project Co-Development services.
- Self-developed product operation support services.
Deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, and schedules are specified in project-specific statements of work or contracts.
2. Commercial Models
- Fixed scope or milestone-based implementation.
- Operation service fee and performance-linked components.
- Revenue sharing models for mutually agreed products or channels.
3. Policy and Compliance Adaptation Obligations
3.1 Developer Policy Adaptation
- Adaptation to platform developer policies, review standards, and prohibited behavior requirements.
- Risk alerts for policy updates that may affect release, monetization, or user communication.
3.2 Google Play and App Store Adaptation
- Google Play adaptation: data safety, permission use, family requirements, and subscription disclosures.
- App Store adaptation: privacy labels, ATT-related behavior, and in-app purchase compliance.
- Review support and remediation recommendations in case of rejection.
3.3 Monetization Platform Adaptation
- Ad platform and mediation integration aligned to policy and anti-fraud standards.
- In-app purchase and subscription implementation with legally required disclosures.
- VIP and premium feature monetization models adapted to local market expectations.
3.4 Global Privacy and Age Adaptation
- Global privacy regulation adaptation (including GDPR/CCPA/PIPL-style requirements where applicable).
- Global age management adaptation including child/teen protection, parental flow, and content restrictions.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide lawful content, assets, and rights-cleared materials.
- Provide accurate business requirements and timely feedback during milestones.
- Maintain valid platform accounts and complete required legal disclosures to end users.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of project deliverables, source code, data models, and operation assets shall be governed by the signed project contract. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how remain the property of their original owner unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Both parties shall protect confidential information using reasonable security measures.
- Personal data processing shall follow applicable law and project-specific data agreements.
- Incident response and notification procedures are executed according to contractual obligations.
7. Service Level and Support
- Support channels include business mailbox and technical support mailbox.
- Response times vary by severity and contract tier.
- Planned maintenance windows and release schedules are communicated in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability limits and exclusions are as defined in the signed commercial contract. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless otherwise required by law.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate according to contractual notice periods and termination clauses.
- Outstanding payments, data handover scope, and transition support are handled per contract.
10. Governing Terms
Contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and governing jurisdiction shall be determined by the executed agreement between parties.
